Rabbit Valley - Canyon Camping
This morning I drove to town for some supplies. You aren't allowed to collect fire wood at Rabbit Valley. Even the dead wood is to be left alone. I want to stay at least one more day so a fire might be nice.
On my way back into the valley, I ran across George and Nancy again. They're leaving so their spot is open now. This left me with a decision. Pack up my tent and gear from my current site and hope it's still open when I get there or stay where I'm at and just enjoy a lazy day. I chose to move. The view is just too great to pass up.
When I got to their spot, it was already taken. I was, however, able to find another spot on the canyon open. It doesn't have as great of an outcropping, but it's still an awesome view. I like my new office.
